These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trylli AI platform and services. By using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. About Trylli AI

• Create inbound and outbound AI agents
• Configure agents via chat or templates
• Manage voice calling workflows and batch campaigns
• Access multilingual capabilities (English, Hindi, etc.)
• Monitor logs, analytics, recordings, and usage reports
• Enable role-based dashboards and agent switching

3. User Eligibility & Access

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account credentials
• Ensuring proper configuration of agents
• Monitoring agent output and compliance

You may assign user roles within your organization using our RBAC feature.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use Trylli AI only for lawful purposes
• Avoid uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Not impersonate any entity or interfere with platform operations
• Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service without written permission

5. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

• Trylli AI offers multiple subscription plans: Starter, Pro, Enterprise
• Payments are due monthly or annually as per your plan
• Custom integrations or voice models may carry additional charges
• All charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

6. Ownership and Licensing

All intellectual property (IP) in the Trylli AI platform, including its design, agent logic, voice library, UI/UX, and knowledge base framework, belongs to Andro Buddy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may use it only under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

7. Call Recordings, Logs, and AI Output

• By using the platform, you agree to allow recording and processing of your calls for analytics, compliance, and training of AI models.
• To store such data securely in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Termination

• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Revoke access in case of non-payment, abuse, or unlawful use

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained or deleted as per our policy.

9. Disclaimers

Trylli AI is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• 100% accuracy of AI responses
• Error-free or bug-free operation at all times

You use the platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities
• Downtime caused by third-party service disruptions

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
