At Trylli AI, we strive to offer a reliable and high-performance AI-powered voice automation platform tailored to your communication needs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund.

1. Subscription-Based Model

Trylli AI operates on a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, offering different pricing tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). Once a subscription is activated and usage begins (including configuration or calling), it is deemed as service delivery initiated.

2. No Refunds on Active Usage

  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Calls made using virtual phone numbers
  • Used credits for batch calling, SMS, or virtual agent minutes
  • Setup fees for custom voice models, integrations, or configuration services

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Call recordings, transcriptions, or analytics already generated
  • System prompt/user prompt configuration and deployment
  • Inbound or outbound calls already answered or attempted

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same subscription.
  • Unused Prepaid Credits: If no service has been utilized within 7 days of purchase and you request cancellation in writing to hello@trylli.ai.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@trylli.ai with the subject: Refund Request - [Your Company Name] and include:

  • Your registered email
  • Payment invoice ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting screenshots or error logs, if applicable

All valid refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Method

If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Trial & Demo Services

We may offer limited free trials or demo accounts to help evaluate our services before subscribing. No refund is applicable for free services or trial misuse.

7. Change or Cancellation of Plans

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

8. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated as our business evolves. We recommend reviewing it periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any updated terms.
